Trijicon Credo 1-6×24

Long been known for its battle-proven combat optics and bomb-proof miniature red dot sights, Trijicon continues to innovate with its latest series of magnified optics, called Credo. One of our favorites is the all-new 1-6×24. The 1-6x is the current battleground for low power variables and competition is fierce.

The Credo ($1,200) hits far more than it misses; weight is low at just 18.2 ounces (without a mount), reticle choices are plentiful, illumination is daylight bright in either red or green, and the eyebox is relatively forgiving. For those slugging out the focal plane debate, Trijicon offers a diplomatic solution to the argument; the Credo 1-6x is offered in your choice of first- and second-focal plane versions. For the record — we’re more than happy with our second-focal plane option. Given the power range, our uses are either at minimum or maximum magnification, and we appreciate the useable reticle on 1x should we forget the change the batteries.
