Patriot Ordnance Factory introduced its first rimfire weapon—the semi-auto, .22 LR chambered, Rebel pistol ($649.99). While the polymer lower receiver is not a true AR-15 lower, it does bear some resemblance, with ambidextrous safety and magazine release, albeit in different locations than those on an AR. Featuring a blowback operated action, it’s fitted with an an 8-inch barrel rifled at 1:16” and muzzle threaded at 1/2” x 28 TPI) with muzzle protector. The monolithic, black anodized aluminum upper features a full-length Picatinny top rail, integral handguard with M-LOK slots along both sides and a handstop on the bottom. It comes with a Mission First Tactical arm brace, but will accept AR-15 pattern stock and brace options. The Mil-Spec AR trigger and selector can be replaced with AR-15 aftermarket options.
