The DI Competition was developed to deliver competition friendly ergonomics and ready-to-compete features, like the new M-LOK extended 14-inch, free-float handguard with strategically placed Picatinny rail, Monoforge upper receiver, Ultra Brake 4-port enhanced muzzle brake, Timney 6675 Competition trigger, Magpul MOE stock, advanced trigger guard, rifle-length buffer tube and spring, SnakeSkin pistol grip, NiCorr-treated gas block and tube, ambidextrous charging handle, proprietary bolt-carrier group, Type III hard-coat anodized receivers and rails, ambidextrous sling mounts and fully ambidextrous lower controls. The 16.1-inch, cold-hammer-forged, NiCorr-treated barrel is rifled at a 1:7” twist rate with six lands and grooves, and the muzzle is threaded at 1/2” x 28 TPI.
