The new ATACR 1-8×24 F1 riflescope of Nightforce is the ultimate low-power variable riflescope. It includes ED glass, bright daylight illumination, low-profile adjustments, with a 1X field of view equivalent to open sights. It measures just over 10 inches long and weighs 21 ounces. The center red dot allows for rapid engagements, and provides up to 8x zoom to locate and engage targets at maximum range. The intelligent FC-DM first focal plane reticle is set in the first focal plane, so it increases in size as magnification is increased. At low power, the illuminated center dot and segmented circle are visible under the brightest conditions. At longer ranges, the reticle provide fasts and easy elevation and windage holds. Built on a 34mm machined aluminum tube, the ATACR 1-8x24mm F1 features a 100 yard field of view of 96.1 ft. at 1X magnification, and 13.1 feet at 8X. Eye relief is 3.74 inches, and other features include an adjustable diopter ring with separate locking ring and internal adjustment range of 30 Mils in both windage and elevation.
